DESCRIPTION
This is a private apartment on the 2nd floor with a large and very fresh balcony(sea is 200 mtrs close) with a wonderful view of the neighborhood; it has two double rooms w/ air conditioning, and fan, cd’s player, and tv.set, kitchen is equipment with supplies ready for cooks ;-), bathrooms w/ hot/cold shower (it has two baths, but the smallest is outside of the room). The owner clean the apartment, and provide you w/ towels toilet paper, the sheets ( linen beds ), and will be changing every other day( Including in the price.) If you want to rent just one room, the price will be € 50 per the whole apartment and the other room will be closed.
