"Villa Maria Luisa is strategically located in a calm place of the beautiful neighborhood of Vedado. It is 100m from Paseo Avenue, and 700m from the Havana Promenade. Likewise, it is 600m from Melia Cohiba Hotel and Riviera Hotel (where there are Exchange bank and Internet service, besides show rooms such as the Habana Cafe and the Copa Room), and 600m from the Shopping Center called Galerias de Paseo (where is also the Jazz Cafe cafeteria-bar-retaurant).
Mella Theater is 400m away from the house, the Amadeo Roldan Theater is 800m away and the National Theater is 1200m away (with their several rooms of musical shows as the Cafe Cantante and the Delirio Habanero). The Plaza de la Revolucion (Square of the Revolution) and the Jose Marti Memorial is in front of the National Theater.
Just 200m away from the house is the well-known John Lennon park and the Submarino Amarillo (The Yellow Submarine) night club, where you can enjoy international music.
The house is about 10 minutes in taxi from the Old Havana, where you can visit the most important historical places of the city (the Cathedral, the Plaza de Armas, the Museum of the Revolution, the Castillo de la Real Fuerza, etc.)
