DESCRIPTION
It’s a comfortable apartment with one double room, balcony,living,dining, and a terrace with a table and chairs to read a nice book and enjoy a cup of coffe or tea. The flat has a wonderful view of the centric 5ta Ave. in Miramar. Rooms with private bathroom, hot water, air conditioner. The owners has their separate part of the house, and they’re very useful, and really nice but it´s a shared house, not private, means that you will share the apartment with the owner. Laundry, breakfast, and meals are available services (extra price ).
