"Beach house “Villa Mayada” at only 5 meter from the beach with an amazing ocean view. Private house with 2 double bedrooms, each one with a private bathroom, living and dining room, kitchen, terrace, garden, parking , large glass windows reaching the floor providing a refreshing view of the terrace and green garden, ocean view. It has hot and cold water, 24 hours a day throughout the house, including the sand shower located on the terrace; 110V and 220V and air conditioning in all rooms, silverware, cooking pots, glasses and other necessary kitchen items, gas stove, fridge with freezer, Delonghy Automatic coffee maker to prepare espresso and regular coffee , microwave, television (DVD and multimedia System), High Fi Music system. The entire house will be cleaned everyday. Towels and sheets changed every day. New beds with mattress covers (water-proof cover, this mattress cover is washed and changed at every client’s departure, offering optimal bed hygiene). Security included: Guards day and night, wall around the house, automatic security lighting system. Optional services: breakfast , dinner, airport Pickup. "
